Return & Refund

Currently Elleamaze has no policy of refunds or return orders. Once the order is placed it will be delivered to your registered address. If not accepted, no refunds will be initiated.

Elleamaze will provide exchange only for damaged or defective items.

The timeline to raise a return request is within 48 hours from the date of order delivery. Kindly ensure that you have an unboxing video of the delivered package to facilitate a seamless return process.

Without unboxing video, no refund, return or exchange would be done. So please make sure to make an unboxing video as soon as you receive your order. Once checking the unboxing video, refund for the same will be initiated in 5-7 working days for the damaged/missing product.
